STOP THIS BILL-Corporate TheftThis bill basically would orphen every sketch, doodle, polaroid, home video...unless you pay $$$ to register it with a commercial registry.
THIS MEANS THAT GOOGLE (WHO HAVE ALREADY OPENLY STATED THAT THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS BILL TO EXPLOIT YOU TUBE INDEPENDANT FILMS), DISNEY, ANY CORPORATION OR COMPANY, OR OTHER HUMAN CAN TAKE YOUR ART, YOUR CREATIONS, AND MAKE MONEY OFF OF THEM WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT...AND YOU HAVE NO LEGAL RECOURSE EVEN IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO REGISTER OUR DRAWINGS.
The commercial regeistrys don't exist yet. The legislatures expect that the private sector will provide these after the creation of this bill...the fees could be whatever these registries want, or whatever the government wants.
What if you found out that you had to pay $100 to register every creative work you ever made...$100 per work of art...what if they said $1000...
RESEARCH THIS BILL AND HELP SHUT IT DOWN...DON'T LET THEM TAKE AWAY YOUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS!!!
